• Own and manage system upgrades, integrations, and technical transformations.

• Design seamless Workday integrations with third-party systems.

• Lead technical aspects of Core HCM, Talent & Performance, Advanced Compensation, and Learning modules.

• Develop and optimise Workday reporting, analytics, and security measures.

• Collaborate with functional consultants, enterprise architects, and stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.

• Be a champion for innovation and align solutions with broader business goals.
