Applications are invited for the post of Work Experience Officer within the Careers and Employability Service, University Park. The successful candidate will be joining a large service which is committed to working together to combine the skills, insights and experience of teams working directly with students, academics, employers and other stakeholders, with those of our enabling teams to develop and deliver a consistently high level of service and professional standards.

The Work Experience Officer will oversee the delivery of the Nottingham Internship Scheme and will lead on business/external engagement activity for a number of other work-experience programmes that we offer to our students and graduates. The role holder will oversee the design and delivery of processes that underpin the successful delivery of these initiatives including the creation and management of advertising, recruitment and selection processes.

The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience of business engagement and will be able to build and maintain effective partnerships with a wide range of external stakeholders. We are seeking an individual with excellent communication skills, experience of managing challenging targets and prioritising a complex workload, knowledge of recruitment and selection processes and experience of grant funded activity and reporting.
