Wholesale Customer Service

 

Description:

Gymshark is looking for a Wholesale Customer Service team member to join their newly formed commercial wholesale team. This role is pivotal in maintaining strong relationships with both internal teams and external wholesale partners globally, ensuring excellent customer support and facilitating smooth communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams and wholesale partners to ensure exceptional customer service
  • Manage communications such as sales order confirmations, delivery schedules, and stock availability lists
  • Provide timely, effective, and customer-oriented service to current and potential wholesale partners
  • Identify opportunities to exceed customer expectations by going above and beyond their initial requests
  • Educate and advise customers to instill trust and confidence in their decisions
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, sourcing, product buying, marketing) to support customer growth and refine processes
  • Prepare and publish order processing reports, delivery schedules, stock availability reports, and other related communications
  • Ensure wholesale partners remain informed about Gymshark developments, product performance, and trading strategies
  • Work closely with the Customer Service Lead to monitor performance and meet customer needs

Essential Criteria:

  • Commercial experience, preferably with knowledge in ecommerce, retail, or wholesale sales
  • Methodical and organized working practices
  • Ability to work at an accelerated pace
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (intermediate level)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proven ability to build strong and productive business relationships
  • Results-oriented with a focus on exceeding expectations
  • Excellent collaboration skills

Desired Criteria:

  • Experience within the sports apparel/fashion industry
