Independently design and develop sophisticated web solutions using React, ensuring code and architectural quality through rigorous peer programming and code reviews.
Act as a key individual contributor, utilising TypeScript and JavaScript to craft scalable, maintainable, and robust code.
Apply modern styling techniques to create visually appealing and responsive designs that adhere to accessibility standards, particularly WCAG.
Proactively engage in the creation and maintenance of detailed code documentation that aligns with company standards and accurately captures system functionality and technical implementations.
Offer hands-on technical guidance and support to the product and technology team on both new and existing web solutions.
Lead by example in championing agile best practices and Continuous Delivery to efficiently address the product backlog.
Provide mentorship and coaching to peers, fostering a culture of excellence in our engineering community.
Engage in one-on-one sessions with peers, facilitating career progression and professional growth, while also driving quarterly career conversations.
Contribute to detailed planning efforts, providing estimations for development tasks while identifying any technical, resource dependencies, or risks.
Play an active role in agile planning and design sessions, offering insights and contributing to software analysis, design, and specification tasks.
Deliver competent and proactive technical support to customers and clients as needed, embodying professionalism and responsiveness.
Initiate and support agile process improvements to enhance productivity, effectiveness, and the team's overall professionalism.
Participate actively within the Code Peer Review community to elevate the quality of software development.
Contribute to regular Project Team meetings, ensuring that key decisions, risks, and issues are communicated and addressed.
