About your role

Your role will involve working within a multi-disciplined squad, you will have an integral role in an agile development team, working on building and maintaining industry leading customer journeys. You will be responsible for writing well designed, structured, testable code based upon industry and development best practices, integrating front-end, backend, API and databased systems and services and ensuring the quality of your developed solutions by writing comprehensive automated tests. It will important for you to play a key role in defining code development processes within the development team and to be aware of emerging new technologies.

What are they looking for

• Solid experience in web development utilising JavaScript and any of the following technologies would be preferred PostgreSQL, Vue.js, Mocha, Express.js, Node.js.
• A strong understanding of security and development best practices.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• A flexible an adaptable approach - capable of changing direction where required, showing flexibility to meet new demands and quickly leaning and mastering new and existing technologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at one time whilst managing your own workload to agreed deadlines.
• Being approachable and friendly, and contributing to a positive and active working environment.
