My client is a leading wealth management firm, who provide tailored investment and wealth planning solutions to high-net-worth individuals, families, and institutions. As part of their growth, they are seeking experienced and dedicated Chartered Wealth Planners to join the team across different levels. For the Wealth Planning Director, the ideal candidate will play a crucial role in delivering personalised financial planning and investment advice to the existing client base whilst also playing an active role in the growth of the business. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact within a prestigious firm known for its client-centric approach within a reputable team.

Roles and Responsibilities.

• Implement the annual and long-term strategy for Wealth Management and ensure this is consistent with the Group strategy;
• lnsure that the strength, quality and capabilities of the teams are consistent with the stated strategy of the business they lead, and ultimately the Group;
• Lead and drive an open culture of ownership and accountability across the teams, using regular feedback to evidence and support individual performance discussions, career growth and personal development;
• Ensure that the teams are operating effectively, including the identification, management and reporting of risks;
• Ensure that the teams are operating within the requirements of all appropriate laws and regulations;
• Ensure the teams are effectively managed, raising performance through robust Performance Appraisals;
• Retain and develop key talent within the team, ensuring individual development plans are in place;
