Description:
Role Purpose
- Meet & greet clients to the wealth centre, notifying the host on arrival and escorting to the relevant room in the client suite.
- Dealing with a high volume of room booking requests from the reception inbox, ensuring all details are checked, and booked accordingly – refreshments/lunches etc, and liaising with catering for last minute changes and bookings.
- Checking client areas, ensuring they are kept tidy, and notifying cleaning if anything is amiss. Ensuring stocks of branded pens and notepads are well stocked in meeting rooms.
- Supporting the hosting of events.
- Supporting the Wealth Centre Manager in their day-to-day role.

- Experience of working in a client facing position is essential.
- Be professional, friendly and well presented.
- Ability to be discreet where required.
- Excellent communication both verbal and written.
- Experience of liaising with high-net-worth Clients.
- Ability to work under pressure and stick to tight deadlines, multitasking while maintaining high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
