Performance Resourcing is hiring an experienced Warranty Administrator for a premium automotive dealership in High Wycombe. This role plays a vital role in processing warranty claims efficiently, ensuring compliance with manufacturer guidelines and maximizing warranty profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Warranty Claims Processing – Administer and submit warranty claims following manufacturer and dealership standards.
Job Card Review – Ensure accuracy of job cards, requesting amendments to maximize claim profitability.
Warranty Report Monitoring – Analyze warranty reports to identify any discrepancies or improvements.
Record-Keeping – Maintain accurate submission records, rejections, and goodwill contributions.
Regulatory Compliance – Stay updated with manufacturer warranty procedures and requirements.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a main dealership (Essential).
Strong attention to detail with an organized and methodical approach.
Excellent communication and customer service skills to liaise with internal teams and manufacturers.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems for record-keeping and claim submission.
