Visitor Experience Manager

 

Description:

The Visitor Experience Manager will help nature recover by looking at every touchpoint of the visitor journey and ensuring it is engaging and inspires people of all ages to act for nature.

What you’ll be doing

  • Developing and implementing strategies and initiatives to enhance the overall visitor journey
  • Managing the Visitor Centre's social media & marketing
  • Coordinating a team of volunteers
  • Acting as Visitor Centre Duty Manager as needed (including regular weekend working and occasional Bank Holidays)

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Appreciation of social media platforms
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications
