Are you an experienced and self-motivated professional looking for a part-time freelance/ self employed opportunity?

 

We’re seeking a Personal Assistant to support an independent plumbing business with a variety of tasks, including:

 

  • Booking appointments and managing schedules
  • Bookkeeping and invoicing
  • Social media marketing and website maintenance
  • General administrative duties
  • CRM management
  • Call and email handling (Microsoft Outlook)

 

 

What We’re Looking For:

 

  • Availability: You’ll need to work 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday, and be available to take calls between 9 am – 5 pm.
  • Tech Requirements: A reliable laptop with high-speed internet. (We’ll provide a SIM card and data for your mobile.)

 

 

Experience:

  • Administrative experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office, Google business
  • Office and CRM management.
  • Dispatch management experience and familiarity with Newcastle and surrounding areas are highly desirable.
