Vets for Pets is seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join their team. With competitive pay up to £60,000 (FTE, DOE) and a flexible schedule, this role offers excellent opportunities for professional development in a supportive practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care for small animals, including performing surgeries (orthopaedic and soft tissue).

• Mentor junior team members and help guide the practice in maintaining high standards of care.

• Ensure excellent client communication and patient care.

• Work as part of a collaborative team of 3 vets, 4 RVNs, 2 SVNs, 1 PM, and 4 receptionists.

Role Requirements:

• Part-time commitment ideally on Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays, with 1 in 3 Saturday mornings (other schedules can be considered).

• No Sundays or out-of-hours (OOH) required.

• Confident in all-round veterinary practice, especially surgery.

• Ability to mentor junior staff and influence standards of care.
