Our thriving clinic offers a diverse caseload of both surgical and medical cases, making this an exciting opportunity for an experienced vet looking to progress in a supportive, well-equipped environment.

You'll be working alongside our practice owners, Melissa (Vet GDP Advisor, 13+ years' experience, special interest in soft tissue surgery & preventative medicine) and Lucy (RVN, 22+ years' experience, special interest in anaesthesia & preventative care), plus a dedicated team including a practice manager, nurses, a veterinary care assistant, and client care advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Provide high-quality veterinary care in a modern, well-equipped GP-standard practice.
✔ Handle a varied medical and surgical caseload, including preventative medicine and soft tissue surgery.
✔ Be comfortable in sole charge when required.
✔ Work collaboratively with our friendly and experienced team.
✔ Engage with clients in a compassionate and professional manner.

Work Schedule & Flexibility:

✅ Full-time preferred (Shift patterns: 9 AM–5 PM or 11 AM–7 PM, with 1 in 3 Saturdays, 9 AM–5 PM).
✅ Flexible working options available – we’re happy to discuss alternatives.
✅ No out-of-hours (OOH) work required.
✅ 20-minute consults (last appointment at 6:30 PM to ensure a timely finish).
✅ Built-in admin time, tea breaks, and a protected lunch break.

Candidate Requirements:

✔ Experienced veterinary surgeon with strong GP-level skills.
✔ Ability to work sole charge when needed.
✔ Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
✔ Passionate about patient care and client service.
