Description:
The Hill’s Vet Digital Engagement Specialist is the driving force behind developing and leading Hill’s vet digital engagement tools crafted to increase Vet recommendation and engagement in the UK and Ireland. You will work with cross functional teams to prioritise new and existing digital product developments, with a strong focus on end user experience and on the ground execution to deliver against set metrics. Besides that, you will be in close contact with the Regional Marketing team in Switzerland and UK - Online Acceleration Centre (OAC).
What You Will Do
Hill’s Vet Digital Strategy
- Develop the UK & Ireland Vet Professional Eco-System, translating the regional strategy to a local level.
- Act as an evangelist of the Vet Professional Eco-System internally and train users across functions to drive awareness and usage.
- Keep a pulse on industry trends and competitor digital offerings to ensure our product's competitive edge .
Hill’s Vet Digital Tool’s Product Owner
- Implement product updates and new feature releases across the Vet Professional Eco-System, working with cross functional teams to ensure seamless product feature launches, improving commercial impact.
- Manage multiple digital products and platforms ensuring customer facing content is up to date.
- Analyse customer preferences, market trends, and end-user feedback to advise and prioritise product local improvements.
- Support regional roll out of new developments, influence development for UK & IRE and implement local acceptance tests to ensure product quality.
- Test usability of digital platforms and participate in sprints.
Insights & Analytics
- Develop strong business knowledge, understanding our products to develop and implement successful digital programmes to make vets lives easier driving Hill’s brand recommendation.
- Conduct quarterly business review to supervise performance against set metrics for the Vet Professional Eco-System and Vet facing owned digital assets.
- Analyse data from multiple sources (e.g. field activity and sales, website traffic, use of tools, end-user feedback, etc) with the goal to generate customer and commercial insights to advise product improvements and capitalise on opportunities
- Implement test and learns to develop digital tools and systems
Commercial Planning, Execution and Reporting
- Support Long Lead Planning, Budget Review, and Mid-Year Review
- Lead the local Commercial Planning meetings for your tools.
- Implement plans to increase tools penetration in the vet channel.
Who You Are
- A Bachelor degree or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience in product ownership or a related field.
- Ability to handle various digital products and platforms and balance product demands in alignment with business strategy
- Excellent team spirit, communication abilities, and organisational skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships and influence others.
- Strong customer centricity and user empathy.
- Good with numbers (analytical) and strong attention to detail.
- Experience with product analytics tools and critical metrics.
- Understanding and knowledge of the veterinary industry and a passion for animal health is a plus.
