Description:
The UX Researcher will be responsible for enhancing the experience of our customers and colleagues by refining our products. You will achieve this by conducting research studies that employ a diverse range of qualitative and quantitative methods. These encompass user interviews, field studies, expert surveys, gap analysis, user testing, co-creation workshops, and data analysis.

Through these research methodologies, you will gain valuable insights into user needs, perspectives, attitudes, emotions, and behaviours. This multifaceted approach includes activities such as field studies, interviews, diary studies, and usability testing.
Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders at all organisational levels, working with cross-functional teams that include UX designers, engineers, data analysts, product managers, marketers, and CX experts. This collaborative effort ensures that user needs remain at the forefront of our product development process, with a focus on aligning our products with both user expectations and business objectives.
