Please note that we do not expect you to have experience or qualifications within user centred design and encourage people of all skill levels to get in touch.

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with a passion for learning to join the public sector as User Centred Design Apprentices. You will be studying for a relevant apprenticeship qualification, whilst collaborating with our user centred design team as they work on exciting projects.

Within this apprentice scheme you will gain insight and practical knowledge within Content design, User research, Service Design and Interaction design. You will also gain first-hand experience of working with agile methodologies, a valued way of working that will aid you as you progress throughout your UCD career.

You will work towards a level 3 qualification in user centred design, whilst collaborating with experienced practitioners and gaining valuable practical experience.
