We are seeking an experienced UK Student Recruitment Manager to lead our domestic recruitment operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our network of agents within the UK, maximising student recruitment numbers, and driving strategic initiatives to enhance our impact within the country.

Key Responsibilities

Agent Network Expansion: Develop and implement strategies to expand our network of agents across the UK, focusing on increasing student recruitment numbers.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the UK recruitment team, ensuring high performance and alignment with company objectives.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, agents, and partners within the UK to foster collaboration and growth.

Strategic Planning: Formulate and execute recruitment strategies specific to the UK market that align with company goals and market demands.

Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse UK recruitment performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.

Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted UK-specific campaigns and promotional materials supporting recruitment efforts.

Compliance: Ensure all UK recruitment activities comply with relevant regulations and maintain the highest standards of integrity and transparency.

Qualifications and Skills

Experience: Proven experience in a senior recruitment role within the higher education sector, preferably with a focus on the UK market and already have an established database of the agents.

Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
