Description:
You will have a successful track record in Sales and Campaign Management within this area, the ability to lead multifunctional teams, and show a proven ability to find and drive new business to successful closure.
How You Will Contribute To The Team
- Achieve the teams budgeted target for contracted and new business, meeting order intake, sales and gross margin expectations
- Provide effective management of sales funnel and business pipeline to close and track new business
- Develop relationships with customers at senior level
- Work closely with other teams and Senior Management within ADS to meet business, EBIT and revenue objectives
- Deliver against individual targets in order to accomplish revenue objectives
- Work with ADS Executive Management on identifying and executing new strategic areas for revenue and EBIT growth
About You
- Demonstrable track record of managing sales campaigns in Military SatCom and global connectivity markets
- A strong grasp of telecommunications and/or satellite technology
- Proven ability to manage sales pipelines, plan and conduct contract negotiations and present in a compelling manner
- Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with key partners and customers
