Role Overview:

As the Managing Director for the UK, you will be a key driver in expanding their business from £50 million to £100 million over the next three years. Reporting directly to the European CEO, you will leverage your strong commercial background to spearhead revenue growth, enhance market share, and optimise EBIT. This role demands a seasoned leader who excels in growing country organisations and can inspire a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a growth strategy to elevate the business from £50 million to £100 million within the next three years.
• Drive revenue growth within the air-conditioning and heat pump marketplace.
• Leverage a strong commercial background to identify and capitalise on business opportunities.
• Optimise sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
• Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team.
• Foster a collaborative and results-oriented culture within the organisation.
• Demonstrate entrepreneurial leadership, taking calculated risks to achieve strategic goals.

Qualifications:

• 5 to 10 years of experience within the HVAC industry, with a track record of success. This could be Heat pumps, Airconditioning, Ventilation, Heating, BMS etc.
• Proven experience in growing a business from £50 million to £100 million +.
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
• Entrepreneurial leadership style with a focus on results and innovation.
• Excellent team management and development skills.
