This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge products and services that will transform the way we interact with financial markets. DMI (Digital Markets Infrastructure) is an ambitious project: large-scale, complex and uses a range of blockchain architecture patterns, with numerous stakeholders (internal and external) and use cases. The work is focused on the tokenisation of financial instruments, i.e. as digital assets. We seek candidates with an interest in the financial markets with experience of working on large projects. This is a chance to work on an innovative, intellectually challenging project backed by the influential reach of London Stock Exchange Group. ROLE SUMMARY: Reporting into the Director of Digital Asset Technology Solutions, the ideal candidate will support the UI & UX product design for all strategic product development across the LSEG DMI (Digital Market Infrastructure) programme. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

 Support product discovery to understand users, their values, and to optimise the user experience of DMI products
 Shape & use data to steer any UX decisions to ensure UX activity provides tangible value to customers
 Present & defend design decisions backed by data & research, as well as shaping & maintaining the UX roadmap
 Create, refine and maintain wireframes, prototypes, sketches & user flows to effectively communicate the vision and proposed solutions across internal and external senior stakeholders
 Create, refine and maintain expert UI design systems to shape product look and feel, optimising for UX & commercial outcomes
 Work closely with business, engineering, ops, central functions as well as customer & external stakeholders to ensure design goals are met
 Continually stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the UX & UI design space as well as adjacent ecosystem WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
 Strong professional experience in product UX & UI design & development
 Broad knowledge & SME in UX design, wireframing, prototyping, user interaction modelling, user persona profiling and expert UI & graphic design skills
 Commercial awareness and knowledge of financial services, financial markets and market structure, as well as the unique challenges faced by regulated players in the financial sector (desirable but not required)
 Excellent communicator, with the ability to interact with stakeholders across business & technology at all levels, both internally and externally
 Vision and creativity: Ability to foresee roadblocks, conceive intelligent solutions and contribute innovative ideas, as well as manage change and ambiguity effectively and confidently
 Innovation: An interest in new technology and the ability to conceptualise and work with early-stage ideas
 Leadership: Ability to lead ownership of deliverables and work with stakeholders across the business to progress and achieve the relevant goals to ensure development, deployment & delivery is successful Technical Skills
 Strong experience leading UX & UI design
 Strong expertise shaping UI design systems
 Experience with professional wireframing & prototyping tools
 Experience with modelling and design tools such as Miro, Figma, Maze, Dovetail etc
 Experience with professional UI design tools, e.g. Adobe Suite, Sketch etc
 Strong understanding of the software development life cycle and agile processes
