As a UAT Manager, you'll work alongside the Programme Test Lead, Release Managers, Scrum Masters and Product Owners to plan, execute and co-ordinate the delivery of the testing strategy for the assigned projects within the Blueprint Programme. You'll also work with third parties on testing, providing guidance, training and support for our UAT testers to ensure a successful delivery. At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, either at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.What you'll be doing:
 

• Defining the UAT/OAT testing scope within the project test plan and determining scope and objectives of testing efforts
• Developing detailed test plans outlining the testing approach, resources, schedule and deliverables
• Identifying potential risks in the testing process and the business user's availability plan, coverage, scheduling, and mitigations
• Training and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performance
• Ensuring defects are properly reported, tracked, and resolved
• Assigning tasks to the testing and business test users based on their skills and project requirements
• Overseeing the execution of UAT/OAT testing cases, ensuring adherence to the test plan and timelines
• Providing regular updates on UAT/OAT testing deliverables progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders

About You

What we’re looking for:
 

• Strong test management experience
• Experience working on major business change/transformation projects including implementing underwriting technologies and new operating models
• Broad knowledge of service and change management methodologies, tools and processes
• Demonstrable experience in defining test requirements to deploy a service/tool into a live/business as usual environment
• Proven track record of working with multiple teams and stakeholders to deliver desired results
• Ability to train and mentor team members
• Knowledge of agile delivery tools e.g. Jira/Confluence, Xray, Azure DevOps or similar test management tools
