• Experience in working with EAL * QTS / TESOL / CELTA * Ability to plan a bespoke curriculum for mixed abilities * Tutoring experience * Experience in working with Adults who have suffered trauma * Ability to work in a team with workers from other authorities * Independent working * Loving and caring nature towards learning
