Role and Responsibilities:
- Conduct after-school maths sessions from 4pm to 7pm, making complex concepts accessible and enjoyable.
- Create and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the diverse needs of KS3 students.
- Collaborate with a Teaching Assistant to ensure each student receives the support they need.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing detailed reports to help track their development.
- Foster a positive, encouraging, and inclusive learning atmosphere.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong knowledge and passion for maths.
- Previous experience teaching or tutoring KS3 students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a fun and engaging learning environment.
- Organizational skills for effective lesson planning and report writing.
