Description:
You will grow income from trusts and foundations, and you will do this through writing compelling fundraising proposals to current and new donors and building long-lasting relationships with our supporters.
Some of the other responsibilities include:
- Managing a portfolio of high-value donors, delivering against donor objectives, and seeking opportunities to develop and broaden support.
- Identifying, qualifying, and prioritising potential funding opportunities which align with Pancreatic Cancer UK’s mission.
- Cultivate and steward donors and prospects as appropriate, including phone calls, meetings, presentations, cultivation events, and networking.
About You
- You will be able to take complex information and turn it into simple and compelling language which leads to a donation.
- Demonstrable experience in securing high-value gifts from trusts sources.
- Demonstrable experience in successfully cultivating and managing relationships with trusts and foundations.
- Excellent written skills, with the ability to write and tailor persuasive copy and excellent communication skills.
- Strong skills in prioritisation and time management with the ability to work on their own initiative.
