Travel Operations Executive

 

Description:

As Client Operations Executive, you will oversee every aspect of the trip, starting from the booking confirmation to our clients' safe return home. Your responsibility is to ensure that all operational tasks are carried out seamlessly, guaranteeing the best possible experience for the client.

 

Previous experience in a similar operational role within travel is essential to be considered for this role.

 

The role:

  • Creating personalised travel itineraries
  • Being the first point of contact for clients and suppliers
  • Liaising with a range of suppliers within the UK and Europe including transport companies and hotels
  • Diligently checking all bookings for accuracy
  • Ensuring the in-house system is up to date
  • Assisting the wider team with event management

 

You will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar operations role within travel (essential)
  • Strong written and spoken English skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel and Office skills with particular focus on managing spreadsheets
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Confidence dealing with and speaking to external suppliers
