Transport Manager

hoppa delivers a door-to-door transport service to more than 70,000 passengers per year, and we are making good progress on our journey to net zero. Our priority is to ensure we remain financially sustainable and relevant and attractive as a transport choice for current and future generations of passengers. No two days are the same at hoppa and as our Transport Manager your role will include:

· Fleet management

· People management

· Route planning and optimisation

· Compliance and regulation

· Building relationships with stakeholders, and

· Stepping in when needed to deliver services to our customers.

This role is a one-off and therefore requires somebody with special qualities. You will need to hold a current transport CPC qualification (preferably in passenger transport), be able to demonstrate operational and leadership experience and evidence of how you work effectively with a team of drivers and schedulers. You will be a natural collaborator, will have proven people management skills and you will care about our mission to provide cost-effective, quality transport to those most in need.
