Work with the Head of Transformation - DAX, and stakeholders across the wider business, to deliver innovation and change across DAX Audio and Outdoor that contribute to sustainable commercial growth for Global.
Transformation Team Areas of Focus:
- Change Leadership: manage the delivery of the initiatives on our three-year growth plan for DAX Audio, help identify, and project manage a programme of DAX Outdoor initiatives, and introduce a more rigorous culture across the business
- Customer Success: understand our customer needs (internal and external) to help inform service and product improvements across DAX audio and outdoor
- Strategic Planning: identifying and implementing strategies to grow the DAX business

Responsibilities Of The Role
- Project management and delivery in audio and outdoor to grow DAX; framing opportunities in a structured, data-driven way and communicating progress with key stakeholders
- Work with DAX and aligned team s on new product development for DAX Audio and Outdoor
- Assist with milestone planning, delivery, and status updates on key transformation workstreams to drive incremental revenue from new product development
- Work with the Head of Transformation, Decision Sciences (Analytics), and T ech to track , analyse , and communicate the business impact of our initiatives
- Support the commercial sales team by understanding their needs and working with the agency teams to ensure targeted initiatives have the most impact
- Build a n understanding of the market and our different external customer groups to inform everything we do
- Explore emergent ideas with the Head of Transformation that could drive future growth and further position DAX as a market leader in innovation
