Description:
In this role, you will train customers, employees, and implementation partners on the product and techniques to optimally deploy Anaplan. In this role you will report to Director, GTM Enablement and work closely within a core instructional design and delivery team, alongside Product, Professional Services, Customer Success, Alliances, and GTM Enablement teams. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, organised individual with experience implementing multidimensional platforms.
Your impact
- Become an expert in Anaplan modelling techniques and standard methodologies by completing Level 1 and 2 training within 3 months and level 3 training within the first year, as well as maintaining all certifications as requirements change.
- Stay current with all new Anaplan standard methodologies and software improvements.
- Instruct a variety of class levels in both a public schedule and private customer sessions. Delivered virtually or in-person.
- Continually improve training delivery based upon feedback from course participants and mentor team members on feedback received.
- Learn unreleased training content quickly and be prepared to deliver on release.
- Collaborate with instructional designers to define course structure, content, and delivery method to produce high quality training.
- Work alongside Customer Success organization to deliver a relevant and impactful training session for our customers by incorporating customer specific requests.
- Assist Academy help desk in answering training content related cases.
- Ability to be flexible with modality and time requirements to meet customer needs for training.
- Build relationships across Product, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Alliances teams to meet goals.
- Lead weeklong classroom training courses with learners of varying skill levels.
- Craft new training exercises for use in the classroom.
- Support learners with access to the Learning Center and to Anaplan learning workspaces.
- Work within LMS and other training platforms to ensure quality training experience.
- Special assignments and other duties not specifically stated may also be assigned.
Your Qualifications
- Strong oral and written communication skills and high attention to details
- Passion for learning, teaching, and constant improvement.
- Ability to comfortably and expertly present to large groups using multiple delivery methods, for lengthy periods of time
- Ability to communicate concepts in a concise, logical manner so students can absorb and retain
- Ability to translate from model-building in Excel to multi-dimensional technologies.
- Understanding of data integration (inbound and outbound)
- Flexibility to prioritize multiple activities simultaneously
- Up to 50% Travel (depending on customer engagements)
