Description:

VolkerHighways, a market leader in highways and street lighting term maintenance, is looking for a Trainee Traffic Management Operative to join their team in Enfield, UK. The role involves working with both direct and sub-contract labour to meet targets and deadlines efficiently while ensuring safe and effective traffic management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in operating traffic lights and traffic management equipment (training and certification provided).

• Work with direct and subcontracted teams to deliver traffic management services efficiently.

• Implement safe systems of work while following health & safety protocols.

• Support various traffic management activities to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Entry-level NHSS12 - TTMBC certification preferred (training provided).

• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

• Ability to take initiative and follow safety procedures.
