As a Trainee Consultant, you will support the Company Director with business development and client projects, maintaining exceptional customer service standards as we continue to grow. Job responsibilities:
- Conduct site audits for clients across the UK, ensuring compliance and management/business owner coaching
- Inventory audits for clients across the UK
- Assist with company and client marketing activities, including social media management
- Attend networking events on behalf of the company and support business development

- Assist with training across the client portfolio
- Conduct mystery shops as and when required
- Complete administration duties and reports to meet deadlines
- Support with restaurant and hotel openings
- Essential Skills and Experience:
- A passion for hospitality
- Restaurant or hotel experience in a management role is essential
- Must be very friendly and professional in approach
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret data
- Communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate information to diverse
- audiences
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of an
- organisation
- Ability to present findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner
- Willingness to travel
