This UK based commercial insurance business have seen major growth on their Scottish book and have an opening for an experienced Trading Underwriter to join the team in Glasgow.

These guys have a strong reputation already across the Scottish broker space with a leading BDM and Underwriting Manager already in place, driving new business and regional strategy.

They are an MGA. One of the most established in the regional market. So you don’t need to worry about capacity or joining a start-up.

So, you’ll thrive here if you have a bit of an entrepreneurial spark and enjoy the pace and autonomy which MGAs are built for.

Working in a hybrid capacity from modern Glasgow offices, you’ll underwrite profitable commercial business across commercial property and casualty lines.

You’ll work with a variety of national and regional brokerages, slotting in beside the Senior BDM and playing a technical role for the existing book of business.
