Tour And Rental Coordinator

We are seeking a problem solver that is not satisfied with the typical desk job. Ideally you are a ‘jack-of-all-trades’ type that is not afraid to roll up your sleeves from time to time. We are seeking a mature candidate that can help ensure the smooth and safe delivery of our guided tours and individual rentals. Ideally you are at least fully licensed A2 motorcyclist and are proficient in routine repairs. You also need to be a licensed car driver as you may be required to drive the tour support vehicle. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about adventures, customer service and ensuring a quality product across our tours.

The Tour and Rental Coordinator will fit the following description:

• Holds valid driver’s license in the UK (at least motorcycle A2 and car)
• Competent rider that is comfortable leading others safely and responsibly during group riding situations
• Ability to provide routine motorcycle maintenance and repairs as needed across a fleet of 20 motorcycles
• Attention to detail and ability to manage tour and rental logistics including our tour and rental management trackers, customer paperwork and payments, and record keeping and filing.
• Customer-service perspective: you are comfortable interacting and working with riders from all over the world and can do so professionally and with a high-level of hospitality
• Ability to join guided tours on an as needed basis from April through October – and if not on the tours – can work independently to manage the rental workshop with minimum supervision
• Ability to work Saturdays (our workshop is closed on Sundays and Mondays)
