This is a finely tuned team and we are recruiting a Ticketing Administrator to join their busy commercial team. The role This is an exciting role for an experienced and analytical Ticketing Executive who has worked in a ticketing role within a venue where you will support the smooth customer journey and increase visibility to drive revenue. With reporting as a key part of the role you will be used to using various ticketing software (ideally Secutix), Excel and be confident with data manipulation. You will have experience in placing group bookings and holding block tickets and ensuring no revenue is missed. About you Ticketing experience and a background in managing groups and large amounts of data is key for this role and being confident with pulling off sales reports.
