Test Analyst

Description:

Saffron QA is the recruitment partner to a leading UK testing consultancy that provides testing services primarily to the banking and financial services sector. The organisation is currently looking to recruit 2x Test Analysts join their team.

We are looking for people with the following experience;

• Experience operating as a Test Analyst, either within a consulting or a banking/financial services organisation
• Ability to produce test scripts, materials and regression test packs for new and amended software or services
• Assist in the specification of requirements for environment, data, resources and tools
• Ability to interpret, execute and document complex test scripts using agreed methods and standards record and analyses actions and results
• Maintaining a defect register
• Reviewing test results and modifies tests as necessary
• Providing reports on progress, anomalies, risks and issues associated with the overall project
• Experience of using SQL to interrogate databases
• Experience of working with a defect management tool, such as JIRA, Azure DevOps or ALM
