Purpose Of The Role
- You will ensure sales targets, coordinate with clinical support across North UK from North Birmingham to the rest of Nothern UK and Ireland, strong level of coordination with customers all aligned with EU marketing/sales and Training organisations.
- You will provide clinical training and guidance to Impella customers, ensuring effective customer support and proctoring for clinicians as we train and commercialize sites in Europe.
What To Expect
- Development and implementation of the sales strategy in the region, as well as distribution of our products and direct support of our customers.
- Introduce and instruct medical and technical professionals of cardiology and cardiac surgery centers in the professional use of our products.
- Training and instruction of heart specialists (cardiologists and heart surgeons) in the professional use of our products.
- Participation in scientific conferences, congresses, trade shows and international sales meetings.
- Supervision of opinion leaders and involvement of them in suitable projects for market development.
- Training medical and technical staff (physicians and nurses) in the professional use of our products in cardiac of our products in the cardiological and cardiac surgery centers (cardiac catheter laboratory (cardiac catheterization laboratory, intensive care unit and operating room) in the area.
- Cooperation with the German and European sales team.
- Assistance with education and training measures partially also internationally in the EMEA region.
- Telephone and on-site support of emergency calls within the scope of our emergency service supply in the clinics.
- Hospital telephone and on-site support of emergency applications within or on call service.
- Taking responsibility for directly managing several accounts in the Netherlands.
- Attain/exceed sales objectives.
- Participation in scientific conferences, congresses, and trade fairs as well as UKI and European Sales Meetings.
- Implement Customer strategies.
- Provide weekly sales forecast updates to management team. Maintenance of account data in France.
- Timely submission of required activity and account management reports.
- Readiness for flexible working hours and travel (about 80%)
What you will bring:
- Excellent professional clinical background in Cardiovascular Medical Devices Industry.
- Degree as a specialist nurse or Intensive care nursing in cardiac intensive care and/or cardiac surgery.
- Preferably knowledge of interventional cardiology / or cardiac surgery
- Completed professional training as a nurse/male nurse with specialized training internal medicine/ intensive care or anaesthesia/ intensive care and/or professional training as a perfusionist surgery intensive care and/or in cardiac perfusion
- Excellent customer orientation
- Ability to forge close durable links to customers
- Good organizational skills
- Poise and convincing appearance
- Strong communication and interactive skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Business-fluent English skills oral and in writing, preferably native speaker
- Sound MS Office knowledge
