THE ROLE: Office Angels are working with a well-established business, going through an exciting time of growth who are seeking a driven and well-organised Recruitment Administrator to join their fun and dynamic team providing a variety of recruitment support, starting immediately for a minimum of 3 months therefore you must be available immediately to be considered for this role.

Main Responsibilities
 

  • Answering calls for the department
  • Assisting with queries
  • Taking copies of right to work documents
  • Assisting with the on-boarding process
  • Pre-screening candidates
  • Advertising new roles and shortlisting candidates on various job boards
     

Key Skills
 

  • Prior administration experience working within recruitment is essential
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well as part of a team and independently
  • Able to prioritise workload
  • CIPD qualified is desirable however not essential
  • IT literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
