Temporary Marketing Executive

Office Angels Staines is supporting a business in High Wycombe, with a temporary Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the marketing initiatives and promotional activities. You will be an essential part of the dynamic marketing team, contributing to the success of the business. Your responsibilities will include media booking, project management, distribution of marketing materials, and providing support to the wider teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Booking Media: Collaborate with external agencies to book print, out-of-home, and radio advertising, ensuring timely delivery and creative collateral submission
* Supplier Liaison: Act as the primary contact for print and display suppliers, maintaining strong relationships
* Timely Execution: Ensure all bookings are made promptly, and creative materials are delivered on schedule
* Image Library: Organise and maintain the image library to streamline marketing processes
* Local Marketing Support: Provide assistance to the wider group in their local marketing activities
* Project Support: Collaborate with the Marketing Team to execute promotional activities and marketing projects
* Content Development: Prepare marketing presentations, training materials, and guides as required
* Competitor Monitoring: Monitor and report on competitor marketing activity to inform our strategies
* Content Management: Cover for the Content Manager when needed, maintaining social media and other digital marketing activity
* Artwork Approval: Proof and approve artwork requests to maintain quality and consistency

Essential Skills/Experience:
* Experience: Have worked in a Marketing position in your last role
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads
* Time Management: Demonstrated ability to work to deadlines and manage time effectively.
* Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft programs
