We’re looking for a driven and motivated individual to join our technical sales team, based in our Head Office in Manchester.

As an Telesales Executive, you will use consultative telephone selling techniques to support a range of your construction customers within a defined territory and trade, to find out how we can best meet their business needs.
You’ll be managing your own time, so you’ll need drive and motivation to keep striving for your targets. You will develop clear strategies to extend your customer-base by building relationships with your most engaged customers. You’ll also need a keen attention to detail to ensure that data quality on the customer platform is of the highest standard.
You’ll develop clearly formulated strategies, using your trade knowledge, to achieve sales targets and generate measurable contributions to your customers and our profitability. You’ll establish clear and consistent pricing within your territory and those passed over to other team members to ensure sustainable profitable growth and will follow up on all leads to turn them into business opportunities and generate leads when field or technical input is needed.
