Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers at the trade counter with product inquiries, orders, and purchases.
• Handle incoming telephone calls and provide information, product details, and pricing to customers.
• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently using our internal systems.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Maintain a clean and organized trade counter area.
• Keep up-to-date knowledge of products and services to effectively assist customers.
• Resolve customer concerns and issues promptly and professionally.
• Provide support in maintaining inventory levels.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of industry-specific products/services is a bonus.
