Position Summary:
As a Lead Generation and Cold Calling Assistant, you will play a crucial role in driving our business's growth by identifying and engaging potential clients. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying potential leads, conducting cold calls to introduce our products/services, and setting up meetings or calls between potential clients and our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Research and identify potential leads through various channels.
• Conduct cold calls and emails to introduce our products/services to potential clients.
• Qualify leads based on their interest level and fit for our products/services.
• Schedule appointments or calls between potential clients and our sales team.
• Maintain and update lead information in our CRM system.
• Work closely with the sales team to refine calling strategies and approaches.
• Report on weekly achievements, challenges, and progress.
Requirements:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in lead generation, cold calling, or a similar role.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with technology and learning new software (CRM experience is a plus).
• Positive attitude and resilience in the face of rejection.
• Available to work part-time hours, with flexibility working hours
