Responsibilities

This is an Outbound Telesales role, with a difference!

Everyone you call will have asked for a call with us. And it’ll be down to you to give them the information they’re looking for, ultimately helping us grow our business through sales.

About The Role

On the face of it, this role is relatively simple. You’ll have a list of companies that have asked us to give them a call about the benefits they offer their employees. Typically these benefits will all have a provider, and these relationships come up for renewal. When they do, we help these companies find the best benefits for their business.

On a day-to-day basis, you’ll call small to medium-sized companies to find out what Employee Benefits they currently have in place (i.e. Private Medical Insurance, Life Insurance, Income Protection, etc.) and when those benefits are due for renewal.

You’ll then;
 

• Update our database with information on their existing benefits/schemes for future prospecting
• Pitch anything “In Date” or imminent. Any business signed will earn a commission!
• Promote Gallagher Employee Benefits Services to prospective clients.
