As a Technology Partnerships Manager, you will play a crucial role in helping us build one of the fastest growing programs at the company: Partnerships! You will be responsible for managing a growing book of technology partners listed on our integration marketplace, increasing adoption of integrations across the company, and generating revenue for the organisation through partner referrals.
What You’ll Do
- Manage a portfolio of Integrated Technology Partners
- Develop a long-term strategy for your partners to refer qualified leads and become revenue productive
- Onboard newly launched technology partners by setting KPI’s, creating mutual action plans, and driving accountability across the partner base.
- Drive aggressive partner sourced pipeline growth for our partnerships team through consistent, thoughtful joint tech partner engagement strategies
- Foster direct relationships with the sellers at our technology partners to source net new pipeline
- Work with our Sales + Customer Success teams to problem solve for our customers and prospects leveraging our app marketplace and relationships with our integrated technology partners
- Increase adoption of integrations across existing mutual customers
- Work closely & consistently with the Integrations + Ecosystem team to drive future integration strategy, ensure smooth transition from their team to ours, and track valuable program KPI’s
- Host partner engagement activities including lunch & learns, co-marketing campaigns, webinars, etc.
- Become an expert in presenting the value of our HiBob and our partner program
- Create presentations that help communicate impact and requirements to key stakeholders, gain organizational buy-in and drive forward execution.

- Demonstrable experience managing technology partners at a high growth SaaS company
- Experience launching new technology partnerships from go live on the marketplace & creating pipeline focused, revenue productive long term partnerships
- Revenue focused and able to manage partner leads throughout the entire deal cycle (from lead submission to closed won)
- Experience in HR tech related fields - huge plus!
- Comfortable with ambiguity and growing programs from the ground up
- Capable of independently leading external client or partner conversations with executives
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sometimes less structured, and entrepreneurial environment
