Description:
The main purpose of the role will be to drive technology spend optimisation within the Infrastructure, Operations and EUT portfolio. Working closely with key stakeholders to define optimisation opportunities and support efficient usage of resources and spend. Identifying efficiency levers and guiding technological decisions and investments.

- Supporting the Infrastructure Leadership team with the management of the areas IT budget covering BAU (3rd party budgets and resource) and change.
- Providing technical program management/oversight, with ability to assess and support stakeholders to be able to achieve savings.
- Supporting the Infrastructure Leadership team with the governance processes ensuring area is fully aligned to the IT governance framework (ITCG)
- Tracking and controlling spend to obtain a deep understanding of spend in Infrastructure and IT Operations.
- Elaborating business cases to help technical and financial decision making, modelling the financial impact of Business Decisions.
What You’ll Bring.
- Strong demonstrable technical background, able to define and present technical solutions driving financial efficiencies across the infrastructure landscape.
- Strong financial analysis and budget management skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information to non-financial individuals.
- Ability to independently produce, analyse and present meaningful MI / data to relevant stakeholders at various levels.
- Strong sense of initiative with the ability to learn quickly and remain calm under pressure working in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of chairing/facilitating technical IT meetings with senior stakeholders.
- Proactive in mitigating challenges and blockers to delivery plans and reporting and play a key role in enabling effective decision-making.

- Strong data analysis and presentation skills.
- Experience with Planview / Wave tools.
- Experience in Portfolio/Project Management, Procurement or IT governance roles.
