Description:
Yale EMEIA is seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Training and Content Manager to join their team. This position is key to the development and execution of comprehensive training programs and content creation aimed at educating internal teams, customers, and partners. The focus will be on Yale's Smart product portfolio, including Smart Door Locks, Alarms, Surveillance (CCTV & IP cameras), and Safes across the EMEIA region.
The role involves becoming deeply knowledgeable about Yale products and developing high-quality support content that enhances customer self-service and understanding. The Technical Training and Content Manager will oversee the internal learning management system, develop multimedia content, and provide ongoing training support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute training programs for internal teams, ensuring effective learning of Yale’s Smart product portfolio.
- Create high-quality content for public support that enhances self-service for customers, including videos, animations, infographics, and presentations.
- Manage and maintain the internal learning management system (LMS) to support employee training needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for training-related inquiries and provide internal support for addressing training needs.
- Engage with small groups and larger audiences for training delivery, with a focus on hands-on and interactive training.
- Ensure training content is accessible, engaging, and aligned with business and customer needs.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in a support training or knowledgebase management role, particularly within consumer electronics.
- Expertise in developing and delivering interactive, hands-on training materials for product and process education.
- Experience in customer support or technical training environments, especially with consumer electronics products.
- Strong self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passionate about creating incredible customer experiences and able to think innovatively while staying grounded in core principles.
