Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic planning, development, and implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of Dynamics 365 finance modules, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet the needs of our customers.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap for Dynamics 365, aligning with the company's overall strategy and goals
- Work closely with stakeholders, technology department, to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into actionable product features
- Manage the product backlog, ensuring that the most valuable features are delivered in each release
- Lead the agile development process, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Dynamics 365 solutions, from initial concept through to implementation and post-launch support
- Monitor product performance and user feedback, using data-driven insights to inform future product development and enhancements
- Provide training and support to internal teams and customers to ensure successful adoption and usage of Dynamics 365 solutions
Essential Skills & Requirements:
- Proven experience in product management or a similar role, with a strong focus on Dynamics 365 Finance Solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
- In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365, including modules such as Finance, General Ledger Reporting, Cash Allocation, Payment Reconciliation
- Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and experience leading agile teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and deliver high-quality products
