Technical Lead

As the Technical Lead, you'll play a strategic role in building in-house capability, providing direction, fostering innovation, and driving the execution of engineering for a groundbreaking SaaS product.

Responsibilities:

• Lead an in-house, best-in-class engineering team focused on delivering rapid, high-quality, customer-focused solutions.
• Drive all software engineering efforts to meet product requirements.
• Develop the engineering capability, instilling a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and efficiency. Drive engineering standards and talent development.
• Collaborate with the product team to create a robust product roadmap.

Experience:

• Technology Stack: FinTech Domain exposure utilizing modern Java, AWS, Kafka, Containerisation, Microservices, Highly Available services.
• Strong understanding of modern software practices, including SecDevOps, DevOps, TDD, BDD, SaaS, PaaS, DaaS, and agile delivery.
