With an existing small team of air quality consultants and an established client portfolio that provides a solid and consistent stream of work, assessing air quality as part of both planning and LAQM processes, we are looking for an Air Quality professional to join a mid-sized, multi-disciplinary, EOT consultancy, to lead their AQ offering across the UK.
The Opportunity:
- With a great reputation on the market, this consultancy has an existing client network in the development sector and a consistent stream of projects - We simply need someone who is looking to take a step up to lead or is already a recognised leader!
- With a handful of AQ consultants and an existing workload, you will easily be able to hit the ground running with no risk or pressure to win new work immediately.
- You will be the AQ lead for the UK business, so how you manage, run, deliver and shape the AQ offering moving forwards is down to you.
- You will work alongside the business leaders, many of which have experience of developing disciplines across the company or opening new locations. This support is in place to ensure you can learn, succeed and enjoy this opportunity.
- There is a clear route for progression with no one above you in the AQ discipline. There will be clear increments for promotion and a realistic opportunity to get onto the board in the years to come.
- The nature of this team and business means that you will be hands-on with project delivery and technical excellence, you will manage clients, lead fee proposals, oversee the team of consultants, have freedom and scope to recruit, train and develop staff, and you can shape the future AQ services.
