Description:
I am seeking a highly skilled and experienced D365 Finance Technical Architect with a strong background in Human Resources (HR) to join my clients team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in designing, implementing, and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance solutions, with a focus on integrating HR functionalities. As a Technical Architect, you will be responsible for leading the technical aspects of D365 Finance implementations, providing guidance to development teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design: Lead the design and architecture of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance solutions tailored to meet the specific requirements of our clients, with a particular focus on HR integration and functionality.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to development teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to best practices and alignment with architectural standards.
- Customization and Development: Oversee the customization and development of D365 Finance modules, extensions, integrations, and enhancements, leveraging your expertise in HR processes and requirements.
- Integration Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement seamless integrations between D365 Finance and other HR systems, such as payroll, talent management, and employee self-service portals.
- Performance Optimization: Identify opportunities to optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability, implementing strategies to enhance overall system efficiency.
- Risk Management: Assess technical risks and dependencies associated with D365 Finance implementations, developing mitigation plans and ensuring successful resolution of issues.
- Quality Assurance: Lead quality assurance activities, including code reviews, testing strategies, and validation of deliverables to ensure compliance with business requirements and technical standards.
- Documentation and Training: Create comprehensive technical documentation, including solution designs, architecture diagrams, and deployment guides. Provide training and knowledge transfer to team members and clients as needed.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience (minimum 5 years) in designing, implementing, and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance solutions.
- Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft technologies, including Dynamics 365 Finance, Power Platform, Azure services, and SQL Server.
- In-depth understanding of HR processes and systems, with hands-on experience in integrating HR functionalities into ERP systems.
- Proven track record of leading complex D365 Finance implementations from concept to delivery, with a focus on delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellence.
- Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and/or related technologies are highly desirable.
