What will you be doing?

Carry out tasks as described below:

  • Showcase the University space education of the UK
  • Seek out new teaching materials for the resource bank
  • Liaise with a student organisation spacecareers.uk to support them to provide a link between students and industry for student projects
  • To research and develop a list of guest speakers on different space topics who can add to member’s space degree courses
  • To work with SUN members and industry to develop case study teaching resources on space topics
  • Contributing to the maintenance of the SUN website
  • Organise/ support short courses provided by partner Universities
  • Initiate a student space conference by consultation with students and staff
  • Monitor and report progress of teaching resources on University projects on Rocket Safety Videos, ‘Rocketlab!’ and ‘Mars Yard’
  • Document work in a final report and presentation for the funder.
