I am currently looking for a Talent Acquisition partner for a branded hospitality business in the UK! A great opportunity to join an established brand with focus on exceptional guest service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Continually review candidate feedback to ensure applicants receive the best experience.
- Ensuring that all vacancies are advertised on the ATS via all available job platforms and that key vacancies are shared via social media.
- To manage all applications via our ATS to ensure that vacancies are progressed as quickly as possible.
- To screen and assessing candidates thoroughly to ensure their experience, expectations, values, and skills match the job role.
- To source directly for hard to fill vacancies via a range of job board and CV search platforms including Caterer, Leisure Jobs, and LinkedIn
- Working with Operations Managers to hire, induction and train.
- Ensure hiring managers use a range of new sourcing methods such as social media, LinkedIn.
- Develop a clear talent pipeline process within your region.
- Advise and train hiring managers on interviewing techniques.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, restaurant managers and Support Centre hiring managers to forecast future hiring needs.
- Produce regional reports to update senior stakeholders on vacancy progression and interview pipeline, attend monthly regional meetings where possible.
- Ensure that the employer brand is represented to candidates in the best possible way at all times.
