Surfacing Supervisor

Description:

Our client is expanding their team in Wiltshire and is on the lookout for an experienced Surfacing Supervisor to oversee a variety of surfacing projects, ranging from new build housing sites to large commercial projects and domestic work.

The Role

As a Surfacing Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of projects.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
 

• Accurately measuring and quantifying materials.
• Excellent face-to-face communication skills with clients, sub-contractors, and suppliers.
• Efficiently managing and maximising your working hours.
• Maintaining site diaries, preparing site reports, and handling variations.
• Managing on-site Health and Safety.
• Supervising and overseeing projects to meet client specifications and requirements.
• Liaising with clients, management, and engineers.
• Assessing and engaging subcontractors.
• Providing valuable advice on methods, tools, equipment, and materials to management and project managers.
   

Qualifications
 

• SMSTS (required)
• CSCS Gold Card (desirable)
• Driving License (required)
